Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and luck96 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://luck96.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

By accessing luck96, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding terms between you and luck96.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the luck96 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any active bonus funds separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, matched deposit amounts or other incentive-based credits added to an Account under a promotion. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it — or any winnings derived from it — becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed or Account limits are increased.
• "Platform" means the luck96 website at https://luck96.cam and all associated mobile, app or other interfaces operated by us.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, promotional offers and other products made available through the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by our own operational policy.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from personal financial accounts, net of any applicable fees, which are distinct from Bonus Funds.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on luck96, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of luck96, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform for any reason, including self-exclusion.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must register using accurate, truthful and complete personal information. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the luck96 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or linked Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you will be required to provide: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You may also be required to provide government-issued identification and proof of address documents as part of the KYC process before withdrawals are permitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. luck96 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain credential confidentiality.

You must notify luck96 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

luck96 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods made available in the Platform cashier from time to time. Payment method availability may vary. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are made as familiar Pakistan market context only. These references do not imply that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services. You must verify current payment method availability directly in the cashier before attempting a transaction.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing Account may be suspended.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change at luck96's discretion.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account immediately or within the timeframe stated for the chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. luck96 targets processing within the timeframes stated but does not guarantee these timeframes in all cases.
• luck96 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification documents or delay withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, money laundering or policy violations are suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

luck96 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and event-specific promotions tied to cricket seasons, PSL tournaments, ICC T20 World Cup fixtures and other sporting events. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of offer.

• All bonus amounts and free spin values displayed on the Platform are illustrative examples only unless a specific active promotion is explicitly labelled as live and available to you.
• Each promotion has a designated wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is always stated at the point of accepting a bonus.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and do not form part of your Real Money Funds until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• luck96 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that where a promotion has already been accepted by a Player, the terms in force at the time of acceptance continue to apply to that Player's existing bonus balance.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address and per payment method.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies — including placing matched bets or hedging positions to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse. luck96 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the luck96 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, which are displayed within that game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific market (e.g., cash-out features where offered).
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or error during a game round or bet settlement, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the Platform's technical records. Where records are incomplete or corrupted, luck96 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes.
• Palpable errors in odds — including odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to human or system error — may be voided by luck96 at its discretion. Winnings derived from palpably erroneous odds will not be paid.
• For sports betting markets, settlement is based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event in accordance with the governing body's official result. luck96 follows the stated settlement rules for each sport, which are accessible within the sportsbook interface.
• luck96 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — bets placed in suspected violation of these Terms, bets placed in collusion with other Players or bets placed in connection with suspicious market activity.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luck96 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Account balance (including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds where permitted by applicable law) and may result in referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or placing bets with inside knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other criminal activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling intent.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Responsible Gambling

In summary, we collect and process personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support and, where you have consented, direct marketing. Intellectual Property

All content on the luck96 Platform — including but not limited to the luck96 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to luck96 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from luck96.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any financial losses resulting from gambling activity.

luck96 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. luck96 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits luck96's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Account Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal holds are in place.

luck96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information.
• Engaging in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, luck96 reserves the right to retain any balance — including Real Money Funds — to the extent permitted by applicable law and our licensing obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck96 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

If you are accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may apply to your gambling activities independently of the governing law of these Terms. luck96 makes no representations as to whether use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own legal risk.

Amendments to These Terms

luck96 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms was last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
